Basically, we have a collection of mystery boxes that have been pre-packaged with love by our talented team. Each product listing will say "Mystery Box ###" and then what design style it most-represents. Each box will have its own product description, detailing the sizes, quantities, materials, techniques, colors and any other details we deem necessary to share without spoiling the mystery!

We decided to have our first mystery sample sale because we have such a vast range of one-off products available in our showroom. Some never made it to production, some have the tiniest quirks and some are past favorites we forgot existed! We realize this type of sale isn’t for everyone but, its also a fun way for our samples to have a new life, a sustainability feature we really like the sound of.

In short-- no! This is a Mystery Sample Sale. Based off the descriptions we provide, it is your discretion if you choose to purchase this one-of-a-kind box. We cannot and will not accommodate requests for specific designs.

When you shop the mystery sample sale you’re going to receive items in a variety of conditions. Items in the sample sale may be slightly defective with missing embroidery patches, discoloration, design flaws, etc..

The sample sale is also made up of a VERY large percentage of goods that are in perfect/near perfect condition that we'd rather see in your homes than sitting on a rack in our showroom waiting to be loved.

This includes, but is not limited to, undersold pieces, styles and colors we no longer wish to carry, unreleased and discontinued product! Please note, it is possible to receive duplicates if you already have YaYa pillows, but we name drop all current or past designs to make it clear what may be in a box.

Yes— absolutely every mystery sample box item is final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. We highly suggest gifting any items that may not work out in your space, but will not accept exchanges or returned. If this prospect makes you nervous, we recommend skipping the sale!

YES, there will be 30+ mystery boxes, but as this is our first mystery box drop, we can't predict how fast they may sell out! We worked very hard to make sure this sale is full of a variety of price points, design styles and that as many people as possible are able to shop it. We have been working on this sample sale for MONTHS and we have a lot of bundles ready for it!

This sale includes pillow covers in square and lumbar sizes. All boxes include pillow covers only, but pillow fills can be purchased

Yes, absolutely! Pillow fills will be available in the collection as add-ons. Just choose either lumbar or square to fit your corresponding pillow covers and we will ensure you receive fills that best fit your pillow covers!

In short, no, but we don't want the charm of the mystery to encourage overconsumption and hope that as many people can get their hands on a box as possible. So please be mindful!

• HELP! I entered the wrong shipping address/contact information. Please double check your contact information and shipping address prior to checking out. If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us ASAP. We can change anything about an order BEFORE it ships! Once you receive a shipment confirmation there’s nothing we can do to change your order!
• HELP!! I ordered the wrong box number! If you notice you made an error, we can change the number (if it’s still in stock) or we can cancel the item entirely. You may need to pay additionally if prices vary, so stay up to date on your emails.
