Candy Mashmoor
Co-Founder & CEO
Candy Mashmoor, Brazilian-born cofounder and CEO of YaYa & Co., is the visionary force behind the ethical home décor brand known for its organic bedding and artisan-crafted textiles. Inspired by her daughter’s nickname, “YaYa,” she built the company around sustainable sourcing and fair-trade values, with a global supply chain that empowers women artisans—particularly through a trade school she established in Punjab, India. Now based in Cleveland, Mashmoor is spearheading a transformation of a historic 60,000 square foot East Side building into a multifunctional hub for YaYa & Co., including a showroom, warehouse, textile production space, and a co-working center for women and minority entrepreneurs.
Jordan Bigelow
Co-Founder & COO
Jordan Bigelow is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of YaYa & Co., where she plays a central role in shaping the brand’s identity and ensuring a smooth, mission-driven operation. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including customer service, social media strategy, product design, merchandising, and day-to-day logistics. With a strong eye for detail and a deep commitment to ethical production, Jordan ensures that every product and interaction reflects YaYa’s core values of sustainability, transparency, and quality. Her leadership helps bring the brand’s vision to life—from concept to customer experience.
Julian Ayzman
Co-Founder & Director of Ecommerce
Julian Ayzman is the co-founder of YaYa & Co., where he leads brand development, digital strategy, and creative direction. His work has been instrumental in shaping YaYa’s distinct voice and visual identity, helping position the company as a leader in sustainable, ethically sourced home goods. Julian focuses on driving growth through storytelling, e-commerce innovation, and a mission-first approach that connects conscious consumers with artisan-made products from around the world.
Janessa Smith
Chief Creative Office (CCO)
Janessa Smith is the Design Assistant and E-commerce Manager at YaYa & Co., where she combines creative direction, digital merchandising, and customer experience management. She curates product listings, enhances visual content, and ensures a seamless online shopping experience while also serving as a key liaison for customer support—helping maintain the brand’s high standards of care and communication. Her role bridges design, technology, and service to support YaYa’s mission of delivering sustainable, ethically sourced home goods.
