The price was decent. The product is nice but I received shams that are not what is pictured. The shams I got have just a straight stitching. There is no cutwork like shown. The color is much lighter than pictured as well. While I would say they are natural in color but, just not like what’s shown. They came beautifully packaged with a white box, tied with a satin ribbon. Inside they where wrapped nicely in tissue paper with two sprigs of lavender and in between the shams was a nice little surprise sachet bag, hence the 3 stars. Thrilled with the packaging, product not so much.
These shams are not only beautiful, but so soft and comfortable. They keep getting better with each wash! Customer service is phenomenal and the packaging so special. I bought them in white and natural. Thank you!!
